Restomods & drivetrain swaps
LS and modern powertrain conversions designed around the vehicle, its purpose, and how the owner wants to drive it.

Built by Cesar · Tampa, Florida
We transform classic cars and trucks into dependable, powerful machines you can drive—not just park and admire.
Selected work
Every build starts with a different vehicle and a different goal. The common thread is thoughtful engineering, clean execution, and real-world drivability.
What we build
A good restomod is more than an engine swap. The drivetrain, chassis, brakes, steering, wiring, cooling, fuel system, and interior need to work together.
LS and modern powertrain conversions designed around the vehicle, its purpose, and how the owner wants to drive it.
Engine combinations, fuel injection, Holley integration, transmissions, cooling, exhaust, and supporting systems for real street performance.
Suspension conversions, boxed frames, four-links, step notches, custom mounts, brake upgrades, steering, and one-off fabrication.
Clean wiring, digital instrumentation, modern controls, air conditioning, and carefully integrated driver comforts.
The builder
“A classic should keep its history—not its limitations.”
Cesar comes from a Cuban background and grew up surrounded by American cars from the 1950s. As he grew, those same cars seemed to grow with him—their shapes, chrome, and unmistakable presence becoming part of the way he understood cars long before he could own one himself.
When he finally bought his own classic, he understood why so many beautiful old cars spend more time parked than driven. Heavy steering, weak brakes, poor air conditioning, fuel smells, hard-to-find catalog parts, and special starting instructions can turn every drive into a production.
That realization became Modern & Classic Performance: take the powertrains, safety, reliability, and comfort of a modern vehicle and integrate them into a classic without erasing what made it beautiful. The goal is easy steering, confident braking, a comfortable ride, cold AC, dependable performance in any Florida weather, and parts that are straightforward to service.
No special instructions. No fear of the weather. Just hop in, turn the key, and drive—while turning heads everywhere it goes.
